Hello Oddballs

Heute möchte ich euch gern an unsere Blog Challenge erinnern und 

euch ein wenig mit meinem Werk inspirieren.

Today I would like to remind you of our Blog Challenge and

inspire you a bit with my work.

Diesmal habe ich keine Karte gemacht, sondern ein Herz aus Holz bearbeitet.

This time I didn't make a card, but worked with a wooden heart.

Dazu habe ich zuerst den Hintergrund erstellt, in dem ich auf ein Aquarellpapier Heißkleber gekleckst und sofort schwarzes Embossing Pulver darauf gegeben habe. 

Nun mit dem Fön das Pulver schmelzen und danach mit Aquarellfarben das Papier bemalen.

Die Buchstaben sind aus Holz und mit Alkohol Markern bemalt und teilweise mit Stickles beglitzert.

First of all, I made the background by gluing hot glue onto a watercolor paper and 

immediately applying black embossing powder.

Now melt the powder with the heat tool and then paint the paper with watercolor paints.

The letters are made of wood and painted with alcohol markers and partially glittered with stickles.

Ich habe die Hintergründe mit Distress Oxide Pads auf glänzendem Fotopapier erstellt und

die Images mit Polychromos coloriert und später darauf geklebt.

I created the backgrounds with Distress Oxide Pads on glossy photo paper and 

colored the images with Polychromos and glued on later.

Ich hoffe, sie gefallen euch.
